Service Center Manager:


Location(s): Dallas, TX / Austin, TX / Middletown, OH

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Service Center Manager.

Candidates for this position will be required to have the following:

  • High School Diploma required, minimum of two year degree in the trades, business or environmental industries
  • Minimum 6 years of environmental industry experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Minimum 2 years business development or customer service experience
  • Must be well versed in safety practices, emergency procedures and use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to travel as needed and on short notice to respond to customer needs
  • 40 Hour OSHA - provided by Eagle-SWS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime after hours

Candidates will be required to:

  • Manage business functions according to budget
  • Hire and train quality personnel for the benefit of the business unit and company
  • Assure that all employees maintain a safe workplace
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained  properly and in compliance with DOT and safety
  • Develop customer relationships and develop strategy with the Business Development team
  • Develop service center quotes and provide oversight and review for all quotes generated
  • Assure that project scopes have integrity, customer quotations are accurate and job margins are in line with quoted margins
  • Work closely with service center administration to assure all admin items are available when invoicing is completed

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Service Center Manager.

Remediation Project Manager:
